Luso-Brasil SGPS, SA is a Portuguese holding company formed in 1999, based on investments made in Brazil made fifteen years previously. This holding company (SGPS - Sociedade Gestora de Participações Sociais), is the 100% share holder of the Brazilian company Luso-Brasil Empreendimentos, Lda. whose one asset is the property Fazenda Ondina (Ondina Farm).
